Established

Majority of Glenora's homes have been built by the seventies, and average household income is higher than the average for the whole city. Westmount houses consist mostly of apartments and condominiums. The same trend applies to Westwood. Parkview is purely made up of owner-occupied detached houses.

North of this is Cumberland, which also has recently-built residences, though are mostly single-detached houses. Belvedere is a mix of residential and industrial buildings. Mayfield, named after the bush pilot Wop May, is similar.

New

Residential neighbourhoods that began most of their construction during the late nineties also include Canossa, Wild Rose, Terwillegar, Southbrook, Rutherford, Windermere, and MacEwan.
